What we collect, and what we do with it.

Who we are

Delmonte International LLC, a limited liability company operating from Nashville, Tennessee, United States. For anything on this page, write to hello@delmonteinternational.com.

What we collect

When you use the contact form, we collect the name, company, email address, annual revenue band and message you enter. Nothing on that form is required except your name, email address and message, and we do not ask for anything we do not need in order to reply.

We also collect aggregate usage data through Vercel Analytics, which records page views, referrers and page performance without cookies and without building a profile of you. When an enquiry is sent we record that one was sent, along with the revenue band selected, and nothing that identifies you. Our hosting provider keeps standard server logs, including IP addresses, for security and operational purposes.

Cookies

This site sets no cookies. There is no advertising pixel, no cross-site tracker and no third-party marketing tag anywhere on it, which is why you have not been asked to dismiss a consent banner.

Why we use it

Enquiry details are used to answer your enquiry and, if we go on to work together, to run that engagement. Aggregate usage data is used to understand which pages are read. We do not sell personal information, we do not share it for advertising, and we do not add you to a mailing list because you contacted us.

Where the UK or EU General Data Protection Regulation applies, our lawful basis is legitimate interests, specifically responding to an enquiry you chose to send and maintaining a working website.

Who else handles it

Two providers process data on our behalf. Resend delivers the contact form email, and therefore handles the contents of your enquiry in transit. Vercel hosts the site and provides the analytics described above. Both process data in the United States, so if you write to us from Australia or Europe your information will be transferred there.

How long we keep it

Enquiries live in our email system. We keep them while there is a live conversation or engagement, and delete them when there is no longer a business reason to hold them. Ask us to delete yours sooner and we will.

Your rights

You can ask us what we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Write to hello@delmonteinternational.com and we will action it. There is no form to fill in.

In Australia, if you are not satisfied with how we handle a privacy matter you may complain to the Office of the Australian Information Commissioner. In the UK or EU, you may complain to your national supervisory authority.

Changes

If this page changes materially, the date below changes with it.
